We got a Walker! and a Climber???

11 months today! (well.. yesterday) The twins are growing so fast.Their happy,energetic, lovable toddlers. I love getting them up in the morning and seeing their faces light up when I walk in and say "Good morning". Josiah laughs and jumps up and reaches for me, trying to jump out the bed if I don't get him right away. Kennedy is and always been more laid back. Sometimes she'll jump up and at other times she'll just sit there and stare at me like I'm disturbing her peace. They are such a joy to have. I just feel so Blessed to have these babies and to be able to affordability stay at home with them and be at home when Jasmine and Moriyah get out of school. I wouldn't trade it for the world:) Josiah has been walking more on his own than crawling. Kennedy has been taking more steps on her own but she gets overly excited and can't balance. She starts by stomping her feet then taking off. She tries to run! I think she'll be more focused on climbing. YES a climbing.

One evening I was in the room putting the girls to bed and Remondre was preparing the bottles for the twins. I come to find Kennedy on top of the air mattress. The mattress was leaning on it's side against the sofa.This girl climbed up the mattress. I don't know what she held on to as she climbed or how she did it but she was up there.That scared me soooooooooo much cause a little more she of fell to the side and fell about 3-4 feet to the floor.:0 I couldn't believe my eyes but of coarse I had to take a picture so I held her there until Mondre' got the camera.

2 x 10!!!

My babies are 10 month! Two more months till we celebrate. I got to start planning for their birthday party. Usually I would do too much but they're twins. We got to do it big!!!! Even though they won't remember it they'll have alot of pictures to look at. I upload the pictures backward so they are all mixed up. I bought them a push walking toy to help them walk...duh. They love it. Josiah walks well with it. at 1st he was scared because it went too fast but after a couple days he walks with great. i just need to get them same walking shoea and take them outside to walk around more. in the house they can't walk straight for too long before hitting a wall! Kennedy walks with her body in front and her feet draging behind. She likes to run with it on her knees. So silly! I believe that by the 27th of next month they will be walking! I know i think I'm excited but their probably gonna have me going crazy! It"ll help me though as take Moriyah to pre-K in the mornings. Next week two will be in school and 2 at home. I'll have good time to study and do homework while the twins sleep and the older two are at school. All I need is a double jogger stroller and I'll be good!!

Jasmine started Kindergarten 2 weeks ago. She loves it. The first day bus ride home was crazy. Long story short she got home and hour and a half later than she should of because there were too many kids on the bus and they had to make 2 trips. After I found out that she should be at the school waiting on the 2nd route, My step dad went to just go get her but she wasn't there! She ended up on the first route so she road around with the bus driver for 45 min taking the other kids home then back to school to get the kids from her street then home. My poor baby was looking so tired and worn out. It was super hot that day and the bus doesn't have air condition! I was so worried. I said I'll just have to take her to school and pick her up but she has been waiting 2 years to ride the bus. School just wouldn't be the same for her and I didn't want to take that away from her. Now the bus come 20 min after the school belll rings. Much better.

I guess I have alot to write about this month ...for some reason.. anyways I am trying to "expand" my menu. I am alway finding good recipes and collecting them but rarely try them. Now that i got alot of time on my hands I've decided to try a new "healthy" dish at least weekly. Thanks to Kat I made some Zuchinni bread last week. which was great! and I made a salmon and spinach puff pastry which I got off the 7 hundred club. SO DELICIOUS! Some pictures are below. I think I will start a scrapbook of my new dishes, I really need to catch up with the children's scrapbook though. I wish Kat was here, she always had great ideas! email me if you want the recipes!

Twins are now 9 almost 10 months. I haven't taken too many pictures this month so I decided to make a collage of some pictures I've taken over the past months. It's funny how their smiles and personalities have changed. They now play "with" eachother now. They use to just look at one another a every now and then play by eachother. Now they fight for the same toys and chase eachother. they have this jumping game that they play. Josiah will jump in his bouncer "thingy" then she will jump then he will jump then she will jump then they start laughing and jumping together! I think their starting to so jealousy toward eachother. I f I'm holding one the other will throw a fit. If both try to climb on me they'll pull or push eachother down or pull hair. They've even been using eacho ther as a stepping stool. Josiah will try to step on Kennedys back to reach something he wants. Brothers!... gotta love em'. Hopefully they'll start trying to take some steps next moth and I'll have more picture.

Babies' 1st 4th of JULY!!!!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! Yall know I had to go all out in dressing the kids for the fourth even though we just went to their great granny's house.. but it was the twins 1st so it was special! I was so happy that i was able to find the twins an outfit that had the same exact colors in it and matched so well even though I got them from different stores. Kennedy's dress ( and the girls outfits) came from Walmart and Josiah's outfit came from Burk's outlet. Walmart had something that JOJO could of worn but it was too "babiess". I like him looking like a little man. Once I get Kennedy's ears Pierced we're going to get them some pictures taken in these outfits... they look so cute!

My BABIES!

8 is Great!!

The twins are now eight months and very mobile! They just can't sit still. From crawling to pulling up on chairs, tables... people, they are just busy. Kennedy still has 2 teeth with one trying to poke through on the top. and Josiah has 7 now. Josiah is going through a biting stage. He has bitten Kennedy twice and snuck up on papa Willis while he was sleeping and bite him in the leg. They are so young but very smart. They know and understand what "no" means! and listen very well. Of course when Nana say no it goes in one ear and out the other cause they know she will still let them do it. With all the teeth they got they love to eat solid foods. There is no way that you will be able to sit in the same room with them and eat from a plate and not give them any. They will drop their bottle for some food now. Kennedy is a veggie girl. She don't seem to really care for fruits that much. But Josiah loves fruits! I don't think they'll be eating baby food for much longer. I just introduced them to stage 3 in baby food jars. So far they like it but I think they'll take mamma's homecookin' over baby food any day. The babies love it when you sing to them. I can barely hold a tune but they don't seem to mind. Pat a cakes make Kennedy laugh so hard! Jo Jo laughs with any song. They took their first bath together in the "Big Tube" last night. Jo Jo splashed water everywhere and Kennedy just sucked up the water out the wash cloth! here are some pictures of that others of the older sisters. 7 months and counting!

Ok so it's been more than a month. Iam not doing so well witrh posting updated pictures but i promise to get better. the twins are now 7 months!!!! and mobile. they're not quit crawling yet but they know how to get around. by rolling pulling or hopping from one spot to the next.. they get around. Kennedy is a pro at sitting up and rocking back and forth on her knees. She loves to pull on who ever is by her and try to stand. Josiah is also trying to stand even through he doesn't sit up to well by his self. He now has 6 teeth compared to Kennedy's 2! They love to play with anything thats not a toy.. a diaper (clean!) , paper, tags. If a toy is placed in front of them they might crawl to it, but if they see a daiper or some paper they will push each other out the way to get to it. I realized i didn"t post any pictures of Moriyah but i will next time ( she just happen to not be around when the camera was flashin")











Jasmine is playing T- Ball now. and loving it. she's still confused on when to stop running but by the end of the season she'll get it down.
